The website www.toylooper.com is operated by RotimJucarii SRL, administered by Capraru Silviu. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service scope

Toy Looper provides personalized digital services for toy rotation planning.

• reviewing toy photos uploaded by users;
• creating a personalized toy rotation plan;
• delivering the plan in digital format.

3. Account creation

• To access the services, users create an account and provide accurate information.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all actions taken through their account.

4. Payment and billing

• Payments are made by card through a secure payment processor.
• After payment confirmation, we begin providing the digital service.

5. Digital service delivery

Delivery happens through the user account, by email, or through a download link. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

6. User-uploaded content

• Users confirm that they have the right to use the uploaded photos.
• Uploaded photos must not infringe copyright or third-party rights.
• Toy Looper uses photos only to provide the service and not for other purposes without your consent.

7. Cancellation policy for digital services

For digital content delivered without a physical medium, cancellation rights may be lost once service performance begins, when the user has expressly agreed to immediate performance and has been informed of this consequence.

8. Refund policy

Refunds are possible only if the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe or if there is an obvious error on our side that cannot be corrected. Personalized digital services already delivered are non-refundable.

9. Liability

• RotimJucarii SRL is not responsible for unclear or incorrect photos uploaded by users.
• Users are responsible for how they apply the information in the rotation plan.
• We are not liable for temporary technical issues outside our control.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are first handled amicably and, if no agreement is reached, by the competent courts in Romania.
